First time we made the group to get around the iruna warehouse
The first impression when entering the warehouse looks neat and clean. The building area is about half a hectare. The office, the mosque, and the toilet are inside the warehouse. Clothing that is used by workers is far from the formal impression even more sporty impressed. No use of safety shoes, safety helmets, or any safety vest. Why no safety equipment? Because so far there is no indicator to be dangerous, but required for the use of closed shoes.
The type of rack used in PT Iruna is a single deep. Goods stored in Iruna's warehouse are clothing, food, and electronic equipment and household appliances.
Iruna Warehouse apply slow moving and fast moving. Safety product in Iruna warehouse as much as 2 times (2 quality control) and PT Iruna has cardboard which is labeled PT Iruna itself.
First we were invited to enter the photoshoot space. Iruna Warehouse has a special place for photoshoot because the beginning of development of PT Iruna is intended to help Micro Small Medium Enterprises. The principle of PT Iruna is to help provide solutions for customers.
After that we passed the place to check the goods. Goods will be checked as detailed as possible and manually. Examples ranging from the type of material to the stitches on the clothes. If there are stitches that are not neat then the Iruna will not receive the goods.
Next we go to storage for e-commerce products. Not much use of forklifts because the shelf area is still affordable.
After that we headed to the quarantine area. In the Iruna warehouse there is a quarantine area where items that do not fit the criteria will be entered into the quarantine area. In this quarantine area Iruna gives tau customers whether the goods will be disposal or not.
Then we proceed to the kitting process area. Where PT Iruna provides kitting process for customers that require. The kitting process is the process of bringing together several products.
Next we go to the storage of high value products such as electronic equipment with a minimum value of Rp3.000.000.
